Westminster Africa Business Association (WABA), bringing together government, diplomacy and business to strengthen trade and investment links between the UK and Africa.
We were delighted to attend the 17th UK–Africa Investment Summit 2027 | London, providing another valuable opportunity to engage with business leaders, investors and organisations working across African markets.
We also had the pleasure of meeting with Office of the Prime Minister Uganda, Robinah Nabbanja, H.E. Lisa Chesney MBE, British High Commissioner to UK in Uganda, H.E. Nimisha Jayant Madhvani, Uganda’s High Commissioner to the UK, and Westminster Africa Business Association members.
Our discussions focused on projects, investment opportunities and the continued development of UK–Uganda commercial relations.
Following the success of our trade mission to Uganda in February, WABA will return to Kampala for a four-day Trade Mission during the week commencing 23 November 2026.
The programme will include engagement with Ministers, Parliamentarians, government officials and business leaders, together with B2B meetings and opportunities for delegates to explore potential projects and investments.
It is very encouraging to see the momentum continuing to build between the UK and Uganda, and we look forward to returning to Kampala in November.
