It was a pleasure and a privilege for WABA members to be invited by the President of Uganda to attend his inauguration ceremony in Kampala this week.
Laurence Robertson and Annie Robertson, together with Hefin Rees Spotlight on Africa, Glen Promnitz and Jessica Peace Kingstone Coaching and Training Consultancy, joined Ugandan High Commissioner Nimisha and the British High Commissioner to Uganda, H.E Lisa Chesney UK in Uganda, to witness this important occasion. During the visit, we also had the opportunity to meet the Office of the Prime Minister Uganda H.E Robinah Nabbanja and other Ministers on what was a very special day for Uganda.
Earlier this year, in February, we organised a successful Trade Mission to Uganda and are planning to return later this year. Uganda continues to demonstrate an impressive growth record and ambitious plans for the future, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen relationships between politicians and businesses to increase trade and investment between our two countries.
